What is Callbreak Quick and why is it so popular?
Callbreak is a trump card game familiar to many people in Bangladesh and India. JILI has brought this classic game to digital form under the name "Callbreak Quick", which can now be played easily on the 12jat platform. In this game, four players use cards dealt from a 52-card deck to try to win rounds — with spades always as the trump suit.
The "Quick" part of Callbreak Quick matters — each round ends fast, so you can fit a full match into just a few minutes even on a busy day. This format has become especially popular among young gamers in Dhaka.

Callbreak Quick Rules and Strategy
Core Rules
- Each player receives 13 cards.
- Before each round begins, every player must bid — predicting how many tricks they will win.
- Spades are always the trump suit; if you hold cards of the led suit, you must play that suit.
- Winning more tricks than your bid earns bonus points; winning fewer deducts points.
- The player with the highest points wins.
Winning Strategy
- Look at your hand and bid realistically — overbidding is costly.
- Save your high spades for later; they will come in handy when it counts.
- Watch your opponents' play — try to figure out which suits they don't hold.
- Play mid-range cards in the first few tricks to gauge the strength of your hand.
