Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and 12jat.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 12jat online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your"). By accessing or using this platform, you fully accept all the terms described below. 1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the gaming services on 12jat. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Any attempt by a minor to open an account will be cancelled immediately and action may be taken against the individual concerned.
If any person under the age of 21 uses this platform, their account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed immediately and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of account registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds earned. 12jat reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

3 Account Management
3.1 Security & Password
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and keep it confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the 12jat support team immediately. Sharing your password with anyone is prohibited — 12jat will not be responsible for any loss to the account resulting from this.
3.2 Account Verification
12jat may complete account verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identity document. The platform reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on 12jat is ৳300. We support the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposit processing is generally completed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
12jat offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳37,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
- The bonus can only be claimed once, not across multiple accounts
- Misuse of bonus benefits may result in account closure
5.3 Other Promotions
From time to time, 12jat may run special promotions and offers. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Promotion terms apply alongside the general terms and conditions.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
12jat reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. 12jat reserves the right to void a bet or series of bets due to technical issues, erroneous odds, or other related reasons. In such cases the staked amount will be refunded in full.
6.2 Game Results
All game results are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG). In the event of any dispute regarding game results, 12jat's records will be considered final. If a technical issue occurs during a game session, please notify the support team.
6.3 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on various sporting events. If an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been accepted, a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable rules. Separate detailed rules may apply for specific markets in sports betting.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12jat platform. Engaging in them will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Fraudulent activities, use of software or automated bots
- Bonus abuse by creating multiple accounts
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a game
- Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's software or systems
- Creating or operating an account using false information
- Unauthorised use of the 12jat name or brand
If any suspicious activity is identified, 12jat reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities. Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent transactions.
8 Liability & Indemnification
8.1 Limitation of Liability
12jat is not responsible for temporary service interruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or other reasons. 12jat's liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform is limited.
8.2 Indemnification
You agree to compensate 12jat for any loss arising from a breach of these terms, a violation of any law or regulation, or an infringement of any third party's rights. This indemnification obligation remains in force even after the account is closed.
8.3 Maximum Liability
In any circumstance, 12jat's maximum liability will be limited to the total current balance in your account. No compensation claims beyond this limit will be accepted.

11 Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. If you close your account while an active bonus wagering is in progress, that bonus will be cancelled.

12jat may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Providing false information or identity fraud
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Legal or regulatory reasons
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, any earned bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited. However, actual deposits will generally be refunded, unless those deposits are associated with fraudulent activity.
